Pelican Cove Water Park | 618-544-7616
Located in Robinson City Park, Pelican Cove has a one of a kind Splash Pad which features a 23 foot tall pirate ship, Billy the blue whale, water cannons and sprayers anchor one area with two slides, a 265,000 heated pool. A Tiki Hut serves Refreshments at the splash pad while a full service concession stand takes care of the rest of the facility.

Situated in Washington Park, Harmony Park is a series of outdoor musical instruments, such as chimes and drums, that are each designed to make notes in harmony with each other when played. Harmony Park can be used by boys and girls, children and adults, and is accessible to those who may have disabilities. Harmony Park gives people of all ages the opportunity to work together to create something beautiful and stimulate their minds. More than 12 varieties of instruments.
Crawford County Forest Preserve | 618-553-0805
The Crawford County Forest Preserve is a conservation and recreation area in Crawford County, Illinois. The preserve is located on 124.5 acres of scenic forested land donated to the county by Gus and Eula Schmidt. Services available at the preserve include paved and rugged walking paths, fishing, primitive camping, and a pavilion that can be rented for special events.

The Zwermann Arts Center is the cultural home of Lincoln Trail College. The Theater has been the home of numerous concerts, plays, and musicals and is also where the Lincoln Trail College Foundation holds its Concert Series featuring performers from throughout the country. The Zwermann Arts Center is also where students can take vocal and instrumental lessons at Lincoln Trail College.

Heath Museum & Confectionary | 618-544-5309
This museum is located on the West Side of the Square in Robinson. Enjoy ice cream and sodas from an old-fashioned soda fountain while listening to your favorite oldies on a vintage jukebox. Also available are bulk bags of Heath bars and other Hershey candies. There is a large collection of Heath pictures and other memorabilia displayed for viewing.

The Crawford County Historical Society maintains this facility which features local ephemera, historical exhibits, James Jones exhibit, archaeological displays, memorabilia, vintage clothing, militaria and more pertaining to early life in Crawford County.
Illinois Oil Field Museum | 618-562-4664
This museum is located at the west edge of Oblong and is one of only 7 such facilities in the nation. Featured are displays, tools, books, and a full library of petrology related literature, working models and photos unique to oil production in the area. A grouping of oilfield equipment which dates from the early 1900, during the boom days of oil discovery in Crawford County, is displayed outside the museum.

In 1898, David Fife began the construction of the second story opera house in downtown Palestine. On the street level Fife operated a hardware store and undertaking business. The modern theater offered electric lights, beautiful murals, and plush seating for the public’s enjoyment. The theater’s opulence is still evident today. Restoration has included the hand painted murals and rolled curtain, as well as the renovation of the entire second story.
Hutson Memorial Village | 681-563-531
This reconstructed 1812 settler village, was erected through the industrious efforts of the Hutsonville Historic Society. Begun in 1967, it honors the areas first settlers…the Hutson family. The village consists of a church, store, barn , home, museum, inn and weaver’s cabin.
